Enterprise Account Manager | Sales Specialist (SaaS/B2B Sales)
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling recruitment solutions to enterprise companies. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential clients
- Meet with potential customers through physical and telephonic meetings
- Conduct needs assessments and present recruitment solutions
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
- Maintain accurate records in CRM system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or IT
- Valid driving license in Kuwait
