Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Personal Shopper to join our Dubai-based team, specialising in luxury concierge services and exclusive product sourcing for our top-tier (Collector-level) clientele. This role is suited to a commercially minded luxury professional with an established client book.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the Sands Client base (portfolio of 300+ Collector Clients)
- Nurture existing clients and reactivate lapsed clients
- Uphold exceptional service standards and achieve sales targets
- Navigate luxury sourcing to secure exclusive pieces
- Maintain rigorous CRM discipline
- Stay ahead of global luxury trends and brand launches
- Create personalised client communications
Qualifications
- Proven experience of 3–6 years in luxury retail, personal shopping or luxury concierge service
- Existing, active client book with a strong concentration in the Middle East & Europe
- Fluent in English
