Job Description

Sobha Realty, one of the UAE’s most prestigious luxury real estate developers, is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and scale sales performance across our premium residential portfolio in Dubai. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales strategy and revenue growth across luxury and off-plan developments. Lead, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams and broker networks. Build strong relationships with top brokerage firms, HNIs, and investors. Oversee pricing, inventory management, forecasting, and reporting. Represent Sobha Realty at global roadshows, exhibitions, and investor events.
