At Weana, we’re revolutionizing how people and businesses connect and grow through cutting-edge products like Digital Business Cards, review cards, digital menu solutions, and smart networking tools. We’re now looking for a hands-on commercial leader to build and drive our entire revenue engine. This role is for someone who wants to build, not inherit. What you will own: Sales & Revenue Growth: - Drive end-to-end sales across individuals, SMEs, and enterprises - Personally close deals - Build and manage sales pipelines across online, direct, and partner channels - Define pricing, offers, and commercial packages Commercial Strategy: - Shape and execute go-to-market strategies across multiple customer segments - Identify and launch new revenue streams and subscription models - Translate product features into clear, compelling value propositions - Work closely with founders on targets, forecasts, and execution Marketing & Growth: - Lead sales-driven marketing and demand generation - Oversee campaigns, funnels, and conversion optimization - Collaborate with agencies, creators, and partners to drive growth - Ensure brand positioning supports both direct and digital sales Partnerships & Channels: - Build strategic partnerships, resellers, and affiliate programs - Develop online and offline distribution channels - Negotiate and structure commercial and partnership agreements Execution & Scaling: - Set up reporting, and performance KPIs - Define scalable sales and marketing processes - Hire and lead future commercial team members - Continuously optimize based on market feedback and data

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in sales, commercial leadership, or growth roles
  • Proven ability to sell, execute, and scale, not just manage
  • Experience across both direct-to-consumer and business sales is a plus
  • Comfortable in startup environments: speed, ambiguity, ownership
  • Experience in Jordan and GCC markets is highly desirable
