IAH Group - Al Ruwad Real Estate is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist (Arabic Speaker) to manage end-to-end recruitment for our real estate brokerage. The role focuses on attracting high-performing real estate professionals.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Real Estate Agents and Sales Managers
- Source Arabic-speaking talent through LinkedIn and industry networks
- Proactively headhunt experienced real estate professionals
- Conduct HR interviews in Arabic and English
- Coordinate with hiring managers on manpower planning
- Prepare offer letters and support onboarding formalities
- Track recruitment KPIs and market trends
Qualifications
- Arabic speaker (mandatory) – Fluent in Arabic and English
- 4–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment in the UAE
- Real Estate Recruitment: 4 years (Required)
