Riyadh Air is seeking an Onboarding Lead to oversee the end-to-end onboarding journey for all new hires. The role involves managing pre-boarding logistics, inductions, and the Riyadh Air Welcome Hub to ensure a seamless transition for employees.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end onboarding journey
- Manage pre-boarding logistics and inductions
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies
- Manage the Riyadh Air Welcome Hub
- Maintain accurate master data
- Prepare onboarding reports for leadership
Qualifications
- Degree qualified
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in onboarding
- Experience in airline or travel industries preferred
