Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end onboarding journey
  • Manage pre-boarding logistics and inductions
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies
  • Manage the Riyadh Air Welcome Hub
  • Maintain accurate master data
  • Prepare onboarding reports for leadership

Qualifications

  • Degree qualified
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in onboarding
  • Experience in airline or travel industries preferred
