Job Description
You will support the Store Manager in leading all aspects of store operations. Your primary focus is to ensure excellent customer service, drive sales performance, coach and develop the team, and maintain high operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in executing the store’s action plan
- Act as a role model by delivering exceptional customer service
- Drive daily team motivation and provide on-the-floor guidance
- Support in team scheduling and shift planning
- Maintain visual merchandising activities and stock replenishment
- Assist in onboarding, training, and mentoring team members
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years in optical retail
- Demonstrated experience in team coordination or floor leadership
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in English
