HR Manager- People & Talent
Job Description
Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture across all subsidiaries. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and wellbeing programs. Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution. Lead the performance management cycle including goal setting, feedback, and evaluation. Coach line managers on employee development and feedback practices.
Responsibilities

- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA)
- Support succession planning
- Manage leadership development programs
- Oversee payroll, HRIS, and employee records
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and QFC regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree or professional certification (CIPD/SHRM) preferred
