Job Description
This dynamic role places you at the heart of talent operations, serving as a vital link between business teams and the talent acquisition function. You will be instrumental in managing a high volume of requests, streamlining the hiring process, and ensuring data integrity across all systems.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for new and backfill requisition requests
- Create and maintain accurate hiring requisition data within internal systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business managers and talent acquisition specialists
- Ensure data accuracy across all talent systems
- Track and report on the end-to-end details of all open hiring initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced environment
- 5-7 years of customer service-related experience
- Proficiency in standard office applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets)
