Assistant Director Of Engineering
Job Description
Supports the Director in managing a team of Engineering and Maintenance specialists responsible for all engineering operations to ensure the safety and comfort of guests and employees. Assist in building maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC refrigeration, and fire safety.
Responsibilities
- Assist in hiring, training, and supervision of maintenance staff
- Ensure proper execution of work order/request system
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules
- Maintain logs on movement of stock items and tools
- Support the energy conservation program
- Assist with maintenance of all fire fighting equipment
Qualifications
- BSC of Engineering
- 5 to 10 years experience in two 5 stars Hotels
- Currently working as Assistant Director/Chief Engineer
- Must possess a current license as an Operating Engineer
