HR Manager – MEP/Construction Industry (Abu Dhabi)
Job Description
Job Summary: We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR and payroll operations for a workforce of 500+ employees in the construction industry in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have strong UAE Labour Law knowledge, hands-on experience across HR operations, payroll, insurance, labor accommodation, transportation coordination, and proven capability to manage the PRO function/department to ensure full compliance and smooth government processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage full HR operations for staff and labor (500+ employees)
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and company policies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offers
- Own payroll end-to-end: preparation, validation, reporting, and controls
- Lead and manage the PRO function/department with full ownership and tracking
- Manage labor accommodation coordination and employee transportation
Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years UAE experience in HR and Payroll
- Proven experience managing 500+ employees
- Construction/contracting industry experience
- Strong experience in the Abu Dhabi market
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures
