HR Executive
Job Description
We are looking for an HR Executive to support our day-to-day HR operations with a strong focus on payroll processing and employee record management. This role plays a key part in ensuring HR accuracy and compliance across the organization.

Responsibilities
- Accurately process monthly payroll including overtime, deductions, and allowances
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes with timely documentation
- Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, and documentation as needed
- Act as the point of contact for payroll-related queries from employees
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure payroll compliance and timelines
- Support HR Manager in communicating policy updates to staff
- Provide administrative support for internal HR communications
- Ensure HR data is up-to-date and compliant with UAE labor laws
- Maintain attendance and leave records
- Assist in preparing monthly HR metrics and reports
- Ensure all payroll records are accurately filed for audits and review
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in an HR or payroll-focused role within the UAE
- Familiarity with UAE labor law and payroll regulations
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
