Head of Sales
Job Description
Blueclip is seeking a hands-on Head of Sales to scale a global wellness resort program. This is a player-coach role involving direct selling and managing a distributed international sales team.
Responsibilities
- Personally manage and close guest bookings
- Lead, coach, and manage a global sales team
- Optimize the end-to-end sales funnel in HubSpot
- Develop OTA and tour operator channels
- Design sales playbooks and training programs
- Maintain premium brand standards across UK, MENA, Russia, and Asia markets
Qualifications
- Native-level English (mandatory) and Turkish
- Minimum 5 years of B2C sales experience in luxury hospitality or medical tourism
- Proven track record of closing high-value offerings
- Experience leading international sales teams
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM
