Economics Specialist
Job Description
YMY Tutoring is looking for qualified Economics Tutors to deliver online academic support to university students. We currently work with 250+ active tutors worldwide and are continuing to expand our academic team to meet growing student demand.
Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one and group online tutoring sessions for university students
- Explain economic concepts clearly and analytically, with real-world examples
- Support assignments, quizzes, midterms, finals, and academic projects
- Help students with problem-solving, graphs, models, and exam preparation
- Guide students in economic reasoning, analysis, and interpretation of data
- Provide structured explanations and clear academic guidance tailored to each student’s level
- Maintain professional communication with students and the YMY academic team
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Economics or a related field
- Strong understanding of university-level economics
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English
- Reliable internet connection and ability to teach effectively online
