Senior Commercial Analyst
Job Description
As the Senior Commercial Analyst in Wealth Management at Bayut, you will be the strategic commercial partner responsible for driving research and informed decision-making. You will manage budgeting and forecasting, perform market research, and create client proposals and pitch decks focused on AUM and revenue generation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the real estate market to identify opportunity hotspots
- Read secondary data reports and present takeaways to management
- Periodically publish research reports
- Perform on-demand global research on rules, regulations, and tax laws
- Work with Wealth Management to conduct client need analysis and risk profiling
- Design client proposals and develop pitch decks
- Conduct in-depth analysis of commercial performance metrics (AUM and revenue)
- Develop management reports for wealth teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in research, business administration, marketing, communications, or a relevant field
- 5-10 years of Research, Business Analysis & Reporting
