Remote Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Our client, a global leader in advanced manufacturing, is seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer for a fully remote position. This role is crucial for driving operational excellence and implementing cutting-edge manufacturing techniques. You will optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and ensure quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of advanced manufacturing processes.
- Analyze production data for improvement and cost reduction.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Design and validate new manufacturing equipment and automation systems.
- Create detailed process documentation (SOPs, work instructions).
- Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality).
- Stay abreast of emerging manufacturing technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma (Black/Green Belt).
- Experience with CAD/CAM software and simulation tools.
- Strong analytical and project management skills.
