Planning and coordinating service delivery requirements across Cities and Centers, focusing on workforce planning, capacity alignment, and service readiness.
Responsibilities
- Lead workforce planning for special needs services
- Develop implementation of short-, medium-, and long-term service plans
- Support annual planning, budgeting, and demand forecasting
- Establish planning tools and SOPs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or Engineering
- 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
