Job Description

Perform administrative assistance across multiple departments, including HR, Accounts, Procurement, Customer Service, Data Entry, and Operations. This role supports a workshop environment with data entry and supplier coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
  • Manage supplier invoices accurately
  • Handle customer follow-ups on vehicle repair status
  • Respond to telephone and WhatsApp inquiries
  • Maintain daily inventory records
  • Prepare customer quotations and job estimates
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders and deliveries
  • Assist with worker management including attendance

Qualifications

  • Female candidate required
  • Prior experience in administration, data entry, or office support preferred
  • Experience in an automotive or workshop environment is an advantage
