Technical Support Engineer Magento
Job Description
In charge of maintenance for the headless Magento-based e-commerce platform and the webview mobile app. Provide continuous technical support to resolve website and app issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing maintenance for the headless Magento platform
- Maintain and update the webview mobile app
- Deliver continuous technical support and troubleshooting
- Monitor performance and conduct optimizations
- Apply platform updates and security patches
- Manage regular backups
Qualifications
- University Degree in related field
- Minimum 1 years of experience in web development
- Proficiency in Magento 2.0 development
- Strong knowledge of NodeJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL
