Job Description
ForInvest is seeking a Sales Director to take full ownership of the enterprise sales organization. This role involves leading corporate client relationships, establishing scalable sales processes, and driving complex B2B sales cycles.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process
- Lead corporate client portfolios and account growth
- Build and improve sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting
- Manage and develop sales managers and teams
- Monitor sales performance and provide data-driven insights to leadership
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales or leadership
- Strong experience managing corporate / institutional customers
- Proven ability to build and manage sales KPIs
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
