Job Description

ForInvest is seeking a Sales Director to take full ownership of the enterprise sales organization. This role involves leading corporate client relationships, establishing scalable sales processes, and driving complex B2B sales cycles.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process
  • Lead corporate client portfolios and account growth
  • Build and improve sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting
  • Manage and develop sales managers and teams
  • Monitor sales performance and provide data-driven insights to leadership

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales or leadership
  • Strong experience managing corporate / institutional customers
  • Proven ability to build and manage sales KPIs
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
