Job Description
Support the Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in daily operations. Responsible for daily materials pulled from storage, food stock control, and section management in the absence of a supervisor. Maintain hygienic conditions and menu specifications set by the Chef.
Responsibilities
- Bring daily materials from storage to the kitchen
- Support Chef de Partie in daily operation
- Work according to menu specifications
- Keep working area hygienic
- Control food stock
- Report equipment failures to maintenance
Qualifications
- At least a primary school diploma
- Can learn the job in 3 years and perform duties at expected level
- Prior attendance in trainings in the related field
