Scrum Master (Remote)
Job Description
Acts as a servant-leader for an Agile team, ensuring they follow Scrum practices while also helping them overcome obstacles and improve continuously for the Department of Veterans Affairs.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate team meetings and remove impediments to progress
- Coach the team on Agile principles
- Assist product owner with backlog management in Atlassian Jira
- Plan and execute sprints, daily stand-ups and reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 8+ yrs experience
- Experience working in Agile environment
- Must possess leadership skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance
