Co-Founder & CEO - AI for Logistics Operations
Job Description
Lead the launch of a new AI-native exception resolution system for mid-market logistics teams. You will build an exception resolution system that understands shipment documents in context, detects inconsistencies, and guides teams toward corrective action.
Responsibilities
- Win customers by running pilots and shaping pricing
- Work with FutureSight's engineering pod to launch V1 of the product
- Lead the seed round with initial investment
- Hire the founding team and set the cultural foundation
- Manage full P/L ownership of the new entity
Qualifications
- Founder-level drive and startup scrappiness
- Previous experience co-founding a product company or B2B SaaS venture
- Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, and customer engagement
- Fundraising fluency and well-networked in early-stage communities
- Industry experience in logistics and supply chain operations
- Hands-on exposure to document-heavy workflows or exception handling
