Design officer
Job Description
The Design Officer creates and delivers design concepts and high-quality 3D renderings that embody Swiss Butter’s brand identity across global markets. This role ensures technical precision in drawings and compliance with standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings
- Produce precise AutoCAD drawings including plans and elevations
- Apply Swiss Butter’s design guidelines consistently
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and consultants
- Monitor site progress and address design-related issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D required
- Strong skills in 3D rendering and visualization software (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Lumion)
- 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality or F&B
