Deputy Regional HR Manager - MARO
Job Description
We are seeking a Deputy Regional HR Manager (MARO) to support and drive strategic HR initiatives across the MARO region and PIL Saudi Arabia entity. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, managing talent acquisition, employee relations, leadership development, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to lead and implement HR strategies
- Support leaders in managing organizational change and transformation initiatives
- Lead talent acquisition, management, and retention strategies
- Oversee compensation strategies and annual performance/salary review processes
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
- Manage employee relations and payroll processes
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives
- Oversee office facilities management and general administrative functions
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in HR, Business, or related fields
- At least 10 years of relevant regional experience in a global firm
- Proven leadership and people management experience in HR
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia (Saudi National or legal right to work)
