Job Description

We are seeking a Deputy Regional HR Manager (MARO) to support and drive strategic HR initiatives across the MARO region and PIL Saudi Arabia entity. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, managing talent acquisition, employee relations, leadership development, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to lead and implement HR strategies
  • Support leaders in managing organizational change and transformation initiatives
  • Lead talent acquisition, management, and retention strategies
  • Oversee compensation strategies and annual performance/salary review processes
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
  • Manage employee relations and payroll processes
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives
  • Oversee office facilities management and general administrative functions

Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in HR, Business, or related fields
  • At least 10 years of relevant regional experience in a global firm
  • Proven leadership and people management experience in HR
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia (Saudi National or legal right to work)
