Product Manager - PropTech (Property Sales & Mortgage Enablement)
Job Description
The Product Manager will own the end-to-end digital product experience that enables customers to discover, purchase, and finance residential properties in a single, seamless journey. This role sits at the intersection of proptech and fintech.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision for a digital property-purchase journey
- Design and evolve end-to-end user journeys from discovery to transaction
- Lead the design of embedded mortgage journeys
- Work closely with partner banks and lenders to optimize approval times
- Ensure product flows comply with SAMA and real estate regulations
Qualifications
- 4+ years of Product Management experience in proptech, fintech, real estate, or digital marketplaces
- Strong understanding of residential property sales and mortgage products
- Experience building products with multiple external integrations
