Chief Technology Officer (Multi Country) – Islamic Banking
Job Description
Define and lead the Group’s technology strategy across Sudan, UAE, Bahrain, and subsidiaries. Oversee digital banking growth, modernize core banking platforms, and integrate fintech solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead Group’s technology strategy
- Modernize core banking platforms
- Manage group-wide IT infrastructure
- Enforce unified governance
- Establish cybersecurity frameworks
- Lead and mentor IT teams
- Manage global vendor contracts
Qualifications
- 15 years of experience in multi-country banking operations
- At least 7 years in a group or regional leadership role
- Strong expertise in core banking platforms (Azentio, Temenos, Finacle, Flexcube)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering
