Recruitment Partner
Job Description
As Recruitment Partner - Volume Recruitment (Emiratisation), you will provide a complete cycle of end-to-end recruitment experience to assigned departments within the Emirates Group, from sourcing, attracting, interviewing and hiring high calibre candidates capable and competent to perform the role and fit the Emirates Group Values.
Responsibilities
- Understand operational objectives and workforce needs
- Promote the Emirates Group as the employer of choice
- Provide insights using data to management
- Design recruitment and selection methodologies
- Source & shortlist candidates (expatriates and UAE nationals)
- Collaborate with external search firms and agencies
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment
