QA/QC Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QA/QC Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality assurance and quality control processes across our projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems (QMS)
- Lead and conduct internal quality audits
- Collaborate with teams to establish QA processes and SOPs
- Analyze quality metrics and create reports for management
- Manage and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals
- Develop and implement training programs for staff
- Work with project managers to ensure quality standards are met
- Mitigate quality risks in complex, large-scale projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in quality management, with at least 10 years in the GCC region
