Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead our growing sales team and drive strategic deal execution. As part of the Growth Team, you will manage a team of 5 Account Executives and play a hands-on role in managing the full sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a small but expanding sales team
- Own and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close
- Personally handle and close large, complex deals
- Develop and execute strategies to quadruple revenue over 18 months
- Collaborate with Chief Growth Officer to refine go-to-market strategy
- Help recruit, onboard, and develop new sales talent
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and monitor KPIs
Qualifications
- 7+ years of full sales cycle experience, preferably in B2B SaaS
- At least 2 years in a leadership or management role ideally at a seed or Series A startup
- Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals
- Experience managing both inbound and outbound sales pipelines
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Hands-on, 'roll up your sleeves' approach
