Payroll Specialist
Job Description
Unilever is looking for a Payroll Specialist to execute accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processes for over 1000 employees. The role involves managing end-to-end delivery of payroll and ensuring compliance with labor, social insurance, and tax laws.
Responsibilities
- Manage full end to end delivery of payroll
- Collect required payroll inputs including timesheet data
- Review and approve final payroll results prior to payment
- Ensure final checks, governance controls and validations are executed
- Calculate and settle final dues according to regulations
- Prepare documentation for internal and external audits
- Ensure accurate reflection of employee master data into payroll system
- Address employee questions about pay, deductions, and benefits
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years proven work experience in payroll processing and HRIS /Finance integrations
- Strong knowledge of pensions and statutory matters (tax and social security)
- Working knowledge of HRIS and financial systems – Workday and SAP
