SR. TALENT ACQUISITION OFFICER
Job Description
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Officer, you are expected to support the University of Sharjah's recruitment strategy by sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding talent, while promoting the University's employer brand through recruitment initiatives and events.
Responsibilities
- Review Talent Requisition Forms
- Draft and prepare job vacancy announcements
- Source candidates through various channels
- Review and evaluate CVs against job requirements
- Conduct phone screening interviews
- Manage interview schedules
- Prepare and issue employment offers
- Manage security clearance and visa processes
Qualifications
- Minimum of bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a relevant discipline
- 5 years of UAE experience in similar role preferably in higher education institutions
- Priority is to UAE Nationals
