Senior Human Resources Manager (HR Manager)
Job Description
Kurum Group is seeking a strategic and experienced HR Manager to lead all human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policy development, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle
- Lead employee engagement and performance management
- Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with labor regulations
- Develop training and career development programs
- Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and payroll
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration
- HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) preferred
