Job Description
As an Operasyon Kalite Sorumlusu at DHL Supply Chain, you will ensure the quality management system and standard operating procedures are implemented and audited in the warehouses.
Responsibilities
- Ensure implementation and auditing of quality management system and standard operating procedures
- Report non-conformities to the Quality Assurance Unit
- Guide team to ensure timely achievement of annual quality targets
- Conduct daily checks through the ETQ system
- Meet customer contract conditions and increase satisfaction
- Lead change management and tracking
- Ensure continuity of Quality and Food Safety systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Logistics, Chemical Engineering, etc.)
- At least 2 years of experience in quality management or operations management
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP and GDP standards
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and demonstrate leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Advance level of English
