Job Description
Supervision of the legal team and performance of all assigned tasks. Provide sound legal advice to senior executives on all legal aspects to support the Group.
Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor performance of the legal function
- Draft and administer legal documents and instruments
- Lead negotiations with joint venture partners
- Conduct due diligence on corporate structures
- Administer resolution of legal disputes through litigation
- Outsource drafting to specialized consultants
- Review documentation for corporate financing transactions
Qualifications
- LLB undergraduate degree
- Professional training from within a common-law legal system
- Middle East transactional experience
- Fluent English
