Director Operations Transformation
Job Description
Lead and motivate a cross-functional project team to achieve project objectives. Proactively manage project risks to ensure successful outcomes and develop transformation programs together with key stakeholders.

- Ensure all business requirements are met and aligned with overall strategy
- Develop transformation programs together with key stake holders
- Lead and motivate a cross-functional project team
- Regularly report project status updates to sponsors
- Proactively manage project risks
- Safeguard the integrity and security of corporate data
- Oversee system functionality and testing
- Coordinate and deliver user training activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Proven track record of successful transformation projects management experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience in a multinational environment is advantageous
