Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary General Manager to lead our prestigious hotel operations at Pullman Dubai Downtown. As the driving force behind our success, you will oversee all aspects of hotel management, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maximizing operational efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals.
- Lead and inspire a diverse team of professionals.
- Oversee all operational departments, including rooms division, food and beverage, sales and marketing, and finance.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Drive revenue growth through marketing and business development.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry or a related field.
- Strong track record in strategic planning and project leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
