Operation Manager - Khobar
Job Description
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily operational activities, ensuring efficient execution of site inspections, timely follow-up on invoicing, and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and oversee daily site visits and inspection activities.
- Review and validate inspection reports.
- Monitor the invoice cycle from service completion to final payment.
- Follow up with clients on outstanding payments.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review service performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
- Supervise and support field teams and coordinators.
- Conduct daily briefings to ensure clarity on roles and schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Min 10 Years experience, 3 - 6 years of them in operations, facility services, or inspection management.
- Certification in ASNT Level II, CSWIP, or CWI.
