Job Description

The Front Office Manager is responsible for the smooth running of the Front Office department, exceeding guest expectations, and effective communication with all hotel departments. This role involves developing a dynamic team committed to providing excellent guest experiences at Equinox Amaala.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Guest Services Team and manage day-to-day operations
  • Achieve and exceed budget and performance goals
  • Ensures compliance with all Front Office policies and standards
  • Act as the Service Champion for the Front Office
  • Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints
  • Conduct department meetings and communicate goals
  • Manages department controllable expenses
  • Identify developmental needs and coach team members
  • Interviews and hires managers and team members
  • Informs executives and peers on relevant operational information

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in guest services
  • OR 2-year degree in Hospitality/Business with 2 years experience
  • Ability to communicate in English and Arabic
