Technical Director
Job Description
Define and lead the overall technical vision, strategy, and governance for all MEP disciplines across the organization. Oversee mechanical, electrical, and public health engineering functions for all projects from tender through delivery.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead overall technical vision and strategy for MEP disciplines
- Oversee mechanical, electrical, and public health engineering from tender to delivery
- Establish and enforce company-wide MEP technical standards and guidelines
- Provide executive-level technical leadership on major bids and tenders
- Support senior management with technical risk assessment and constructability reviews
- Mentor and lead senior MEP managers
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Master s degree or professional certification preferred
- 20+ years of experience specifically within MEP contracting
- Proven experience leading large, multidisciplinary MEP teams
