Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist for a 10-week contract to support the HIPAA Logging Team. This role involves verifying data from request forms and maintaining accuracy in medical record processing. This role is promoted by Lensa.
Responsibilities
- Learn and utilize the voicemail and HIPAA logging systems
- Verify and enter data from medical request forms
- Ensure timely communication and follow-through on medical records
- Make follow-up calls to clinics requesting records
Qualifications
- Strong customer service experience
- Strong computer skills
- Previous administrative or data entry experience
- Basic proficiency in Excel
