Business Development Executive- Forwarding Sales

Job Description

Generate freight forwarding business by selling CSS end to end products and services, including ocean and air freight, warehousing, and customs clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Generate freight forwarding business for CSS products.
  • Increase revenue through customer retention and new client development.
  • Handle customer rate renewals and follow-ups.
  • Identify and communicate customer needs to internal teams.
  • Collect payments on time.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in freight forwarding Sales (Air and Sea).
  • Must have existing customer base in the market.
  • Understanding of logistics operations and Freight industry products.
  • Valid Driving License is a must.
