Job Description
The Finance Director will lead all financial operations, planning, and reporting for a well-established FMCG manufacturing group in Oman. This is a senior leadership appointment with full ownership of financial strategy, governance, and capital discipline.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, capital deployment, and investment governance
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
- Manage treasury, cash flow, and working capital optimisation
- Ensure compliance, risk management, and regulatory engagement
- Design financial frameworks to support growth and expansion
Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Senior finance leadership experience within FMCG or manufacturing environments
- Strong background in FP&A, treasury, and financial governance
