Program Manager and Development Advisor
Job Description
Saudi Aramco is seeking a Program Manager and Development Advisor to join the Management Development Services Division (MDSD). MDSD is responsible for supporting and developing Saudi Aramco leaders through consultants and top global university programs. Your primary role is to serve as a liaison between Aramco participants, contracted universities, and vendors to ensure all programs are conducted to the pristine standards of Aramco’s development journeys. Light travel requirements are expected.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver learning content in-person and virtually
- Collaborate with learning professionals for curriculum innovation
- Oversee full lifecycle of development programs
- Serve as primary point of contact for sponsors and participants
- Lead and support project teams
- Conduct needs analyses and evaluation plans
- Manage program risks and ensure compliance
- Guide learning partners on Aramco’s culture
- Manage logistical aspects and coordination with administrative teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in business
- 6 to 10 years of experience in leadership programs or curriculum development
