Job Description
Lucky Engineering Services is hiring a Recruiter to handle the full recruitment lifecycle and support HR operations. The role includes sourcing candidates, managing onboarding, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor regulations.
Responsibilities
- Handle full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding
- Coordinate with department heads on manpower requirements
- Source candidates through portals and LinkedIn
- Manage employee onboarding & exit formalities
- Prepare HR documents (offer letters, NOCs, certificates)
- Maintain employee records and HR files
- Support visa processing and renewals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws
- Experience in construction / engineering industry is an advantage
