Job Description
Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production, quality compliance, cost control, and safe plant operations while meeting business and regulatory objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily plant operations to ensure smooth production
- Monitor production schedules to meet volume and quality targets
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, ISO)
- Lead and mentor production, maintenance, and quality teams
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery
- Monitor plant KPIs, production costs, and yield efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Dairy Technology, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 8–12 years of experience in dairy or FMCG manufacturing operations
- Proven experience managing large-scale production facilities
