Job Description
The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and luxury at Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations
- Inspect guest rooms and public spaces
- Manage staff schedules and assignments
- Train and coach housekeeping team members
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and linen
- Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management preferred
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping within a luxury hotel
