Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition including training needs
- Develop recruitment strategies
- Manage LMRA, Sijalit, Immigration, Tamkeen processes
- Coordinate postings, screening, and interviews
- Manage onboarding for new hires
- Address inquiries and grievances
- Mediate conflicts and promote a positive culture
- Manage investigations and disciplinary actions
- Administer performance appraisal systems
- Administer compensation and benefits programs
- Maintain accurate HR records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- Proven HR management experience
- Certification in HR preferred
