Country QHSSE Manager- Saudi National
Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Country QHSSE Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive QHSSE programs across our operations in the country.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement QHSSE strategies, policies, and procedures
- Lead and manage the country's QHSSE team
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Oversee incident investigations, audits, and corrective action plans
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian QHSSE regulations through audits
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans
- Cultivate a strong safety culture throughout the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in QHSSE roles
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CSP, NEBOSH, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor)
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian QHSSE regulations and standards
