Senior Product Manager
Job Description
ODAIA is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for its AI-driven SaaS platform in the life sciences sector. The role involves partnering with engineering, data science, and customers to define product strategy and deliver high-impact features. ODAIA is a remote-first organization focused on reducing patient time to therapy.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle and roadmap, driving strategic alignment
- Partner closely with customers, Engineering, Design, and Data Science to solve high-value problems
- Lead problem discovery and validation before solutioning
- Drive both product strategy and execution with a Product Manager and Product Owner mindset
- Leverage ODAIA’s data and AI capabilities to inform decisions and unlock new product opportunities
- Demonstrate product leadership by reinforcing product sense and customer empathy across the company
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, data, or AI-driven products
- Proven experience owning end-to-end product lifecycle and roadmaps
- Strong track record of solving complex customer and business problems through data-driven solutions
- Ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
